Our aim is always to cater for the specific interests : a discovery or theme tour for people who are visiting France for the first time will not involve the same programme as those returning to experience that something different, out of the ordinary, off the beaten track! Good food and wine are always an integral part of the French experience! Daily menus are composed to give you an experience of the wide range of national and regional cuisine and wine. With the cooperation of the restaurants chosen special attention is always given to all special dietary requirements. Major tours are designed to cover a period of between 15 and 25 days, and preparation involves a close collaboration between Tour Leader and the Cpederf team.
